Indications

- Ideal for obtaining an excellent emergence profile in: upper and lower premolars, upper and lower molars, upper central incisors and upper and lower canines (as shown on the previous page).
- Especially useful in cases of implant placement following extraction.
- Shorter implants are recommended for cases of limited bone height. In general, they are valuable implants in areas of high biomechanical demand as in molar regions and in clenchers.
- Larger diameter implants increase the surface area of osseointegration, improve biomechanical strength and provide better bone stability in cases of high biomechanical demand.
- Material: commercially pure titanium.
4 mm. diameter : in clinical cases limited to the placement of 4.0 mm. implants.
4.5 and 5 mm. diameter : the diameters of choice to obtain excellent primary stability.
5.5 mm. diameter : used when there is inadequate primary stability with a 5 mm. diameter implant in areas of limited surgical height and as a rescue implant.
