By means of this Privacy Policy, BTI Biotechnology Institute, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, (herein, 'BTI') informs internet users of the BTI website about their property (herein 'Users' and 'Website'), about their policy on protection of personal data (herein, 'Personal Data') so that the Users determine, supply voluntarily and, if they wish to provide BTI with Personal Data that may be requested of them or that subscription requires to deliver some of the services offered by BTI on the site or a link through the site.

BTI reserves the right to modify the present policy to adapt it to legislative or legal updates as well as well as to industry practices. In these assumptions, BTI will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable advance of their implementation.

Personal Data

Certain services rendered on the site can contain particular conditions with specific precautions regarding the protection of Personal Data. The files and archives thus created will be owned by and be the responsibility of BTI. The holder of the data will have the right at any moment to access the files, being able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and refusal terms set forth in the laws on protection of data. To that end, a letter signed by the subscriber should be sent to BTI's corporate address listed below with a copy of his/her Federal Identification Number or Social Security Number enclosed, and indicating their address so that BTI can send confirmation of their enrollment according to their request.
The delivery of all information required for registration as a user is obligatory; BTI can deny the registration to anyone who does not provide such data.

Use of Personal Data

The collection and automation of the Personal Data have as its purpose the maintenance of the contractual relation established with BTI, management, administration, expansion and improvement of the services to which the User agreed to subscribe, to register, or to use the services provided according to the preferences and needs of the Users, the study of the use of the services by the Users, the design of new, related services, the delivery of services by traditional and electronic means of updates, commercial and technical information about products and services offered by BTI and/or by third parties currently and in the future. The purpose of the collection and automated treatment of the Personal Data also includes the delivery of survey forms, to which the User is not obligated to reply.

The personal data requested will be treated according to Statutory Law 15, of December 13, 1999 Protection of Personal Data. Thus, we inform him/her that their personal data will be incorporated into a file entrusted to BTI Biotechnology Institute, LLC. The purpose of the data is the commercial and administrative management of inquiries and contracted services.
